The Committee on Health and Human Resources moved to amend the bill on page 3, section 7h, line 50, after the word “with” by striking out “§33-16-3dd” and inserting in lieu thereof “§5-16-7f”;

On page 5, section 34, line 50, after the word “with” by striking out “§33-16-3dd” and inserting in lieu thereof “§9-5-32”;

On page 8, section 4x, line 50, after the word “with” by striking out “§33-16-3dd” and inserting in lieu thereof “§33-15-4s”;

On page 8, by striking out the section caption and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

§33-16-3ii. Biomarker testing.

On page 12, section 7y, line 50, after the word “with” by striking out “§33-16-3dd” and inserting in lieu thereof “§33-24-7s”;

On page 14, section 8v, line 50, after the word “with” by striking out “§33-16-3dd” and inserting in lieu thereof “§33-25-8p”;

And,

On page 17, section 8y, line 50, after the word “with” by striking out “§33-16-3dd” and inserting in lieu thereof “§33-25A-8s”.
